Winter project

Looking real good. Im probably the one that calls spiking rail a Zen thing. You just get in a groove and you plow along…

Randy it really looks great now that you’re done laying half the rails! You do know that the guard rails need to be spiked also

LOL Hollywood. As soon as Fred sends me about 30’ of code 215 rail then the guard rails will get spiked.

Bob, I know about the groove thing and plowing along…smoke way less and drink fewer beers while spiking.

That looks GREAT !

You better slow down, Randy. It’s not even “winter” yet and you’re almost done that thing…oughta retitled this thread "Fall Project…

Love the beer holder!

impressing. only the waterbarrel in the last pic looks a bit out of scale.

The curved trestle is mostly done, so have been working on a truss bridge to go at one end. Spiking the rails now.

Randy great looking bridge. You can send that my way. I have a perfect spot for it.

Nice work

Randy?? can you send it my way, instead of shawn’s, but make it expandable to about 6 feet???

Wonderful Job…

Andy this one scales out at 60’ in 1:20.3. At 6 Feet in 1:29 we are looking at about 175’, might have to do several spans. Funny you commented, I modelled this bridge after one across the Columbia River not far from me and it spaned the river with several spans or about what you need.
Just sell the ooster and I will send you several Spans. :0

I'll raise it to $0.75.

I’d dig a place to put that bridge Randy. Very nice work.

Dang, if it was a turkey, I could get over a buck a pound.... :)

Randy, Actually, that’s what I want to span over my fireplace upstairs on the ceiling layout… Bridge would be just over 5 foot long…
