Looks like you have a system there David, done this before? I need to make a baggage car for my old streamliner set, got the trucks, but never get around to it. You use plastic then for the sides? A groove on the flat roof to put the edges of the plastic in to get the curve? You leave that filler piece underneath?
Is it done, yet?
