Further progress.
Got the trim installed and the roof piece cut and fitted. I used that “Non-Slip” stuff Bruce had mentioned in one of his builds.

Looking good ken. Im thinking a nice sign above the door with snowshoes on either side.

Nice building Ken. Darkening the brickwork really helped cover the joint lines between sheets. Maybe the addition of downspouts or an electric meter might help even more.

It’s a pawn shop so no product signage unless you sell it there (which you could)

So, is that a parlor house over the pawn shop?
I have found a few signs; loans, chew Mail Pouch tobacco, some brand of Overalls, Dickies, Wool Blankets. Being a Trail Guide he would sell some camping and hiking stuff. What I’m looking for is a miniature pair of snowshoes/ skis, that type of thing.
Steve, that’ll be part storage/warehouse and living quarters.
While all this has been going on, he’s been a little distracted. He’s also wooing the local school marm who teaches at the little one room schoolhouse outside of town. We’ll see how that goes…
