Well now. Vic, I always thought maybe you were a bit “different” but that song proves it.(http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-surprised.gif)(http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-tongue-out.gif)(http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif). I have an open mind and I gave it a listen

All the way through? I hit the gong at 1:34!

I believe in Humbug, but …

More Holiday Cheer!

yore a better man than I am Gunga Din!

well, Vic,

your taste in modelling is more to my taste, than your taste in music…

(i think, you forgot, that there are only two types of good music. Country and Western.)

Merry Christmas Shawn

Doc Tom and the Good un’s

OK Guys… Just got back from a quick trip to Chama to fix 315. Two hours each way had me thinking a lot. Most of the time it gets me into trouble. But today on the way back… I nailed down the final decision for next years Mick’s Build Challenge. I had 2 1/2 choices and finalized the choice. Some of you will love it, and some will hate me for this one, But Mick will be smiling…

79 days to go.

And Christmas first

Some of you might start to horde stuff to get a jump start

on the have it in hand rule.

2 ½ choices? Hum, interesting.

Start hording stuff? If we knew what to horde. But, and I am sure some folks would agree with me, I already have a large assortment of hoarded stuff.

I keep my fingers crossed that Sara won’t put the trash can in front of the deck and start filling it up! A friend gave me a bunch of n and HO scale stuff a couple weeks ago. Maybe I can use some of that!

With me finally planning an outdoor layout gives me a lot more flexibility on what I can build.

Cool! if it is something I could possibly do I would love to enter. So what do we start hoarding ? Beer beverage cans, rolling stock, track? give us a hint?

Pete, what do you mean “if” it something you can do? Are you a conscientious objector or something. Is there some moral barrier for you that won’t allow you to build something.

Pete, telling us what to hoard would be cheating.

Devon, maybe he might just not need whatever would be made from the challenge.

Best bet is to gather sundries, items used during general construction…

For some without a lumber supply it was a dedicated time to eat more Popsicles, what ever your sacrifice, start now.

Na I think Pete is hiding something. I think he is a chicken (Not a Rooster either). Lol. Pete will understand I am teasing him.

Pete,

Gather a collection of wood, plastic, steel, brass, plutonium, antimatter, and since they are expensive get a flux capacitor (maybe two) ahead of time. Anything you have in hand before the gun goes of doesn’t count toward your total. Plans for the Chinese J20 stealth fighter are getting cheaper but my drive you over the price limit so might want a set of those beforehand also.
