You best be careful Geoff. Doug seems to indicate the condition could be permanent

Ralph
I think you’re right Ralph. I need to work on three bridges this week so I;ll be doing both!
Hollywood has the same ailment…from shingles. Rooster’s case was caused by Superliners Ralph

Ok its all done but the shingles. I’m not sure they are going to make me any more nuts then this build has. the good news is I’m sure no one will notice if it does. now for the picture dump.

Looks great. Are all those other roof sections getting shingles too…
Ralph
Geoff
You did a great job on it, Did you get the shingles from Garden Texture???
On the one I build, I"m going to add a icing platform to the other side
for standard gauge cars and have a cross dock for loading and unloading
between the standard and narrow gauge cars. A few years ago I started
a 40 foot standard gauge refer that I will stage with it.
Rodney
Ralph yes they are. As of now I have half the office entrance roof and the short side of the platform area done. So with any luck I am hoping to have the roofing all done by next sunday.
Rodney yes I got the shingles from Garden Texture. In fact after cutting the 1/2 x 1/2 tembers for the platform I called and got all the rest of the wood needed already cut to scale. I was having a bit of a problem being able to do it in a Apartment on my table saw. This was a easy building to make changes to and make it yours. I put down more decking then the plans had and I moved the stairs to other side then the plans had. So anything goes. Just take lots of pictures.
Hay I just noticed page 14 now.
I really like the look. It will really show the good work you’ve done.
Even if you end up in a corner muttering to yourself you can still shingle while you’re there!
