80 here today, the only bad thing is my RR is 1750 miles east of me right now.

I’d much rather have more snow. Rain on top of snow is no fun :frowning:

After a night a freezing rain we are now back top moderate snow and sticking to everything. More snow in forcast for Friday. Its been some winter so far between the weather and the stomach flue thats going around. We all just got over it three weeks ago and now again my daughter had it the night before then my son and wife had it last night and today. Had to take the wife to the ER for dehydration. Im praying I dont get it again. Anyone else experiencing this more then in the past?

Thanks She doing somewhat better just out of it, shes been in bed all day but not vomiting anymore.

Good to hear, Shawn. Looking like we might finally have enough snow worth mentioning come the morning. Snow all night and depending on who you ask, total 7 to 9 inches possible. Took trash out 10:45 pm and snow already to where your feet disappear as you walk. EDIT: 07:30 Thursday - snow depth relative to Bachmann Big Hauler dairy reefer

Think if he was out there he’d easily be up to the hair on his chinny-chin-chin.

blowing sand warring here today

Here in Ottawa, there is still very little snow, even with the few dustings we have had since Christmas. Today is rather cool…around -12C…but very little wind. The sun has tried to warm things up, but failed. It may stay the same for the next few days, although they are calling for a few Centimeters of snow on Friday/saturday.

The important thing is that Robbie Burns Day/evening will be clear and have moderate temperatures around -9C (January 25th)

Have faith, everyone....the ays are getting longer...

Woke up to 4 more inches of snow and the coldest weather of the season is moving in later today through the weekends. Temp of 22 now and teens for the Highs over the weekend and below 0 for lows. Ya.

This is what I woke up to this morning. Maybe not as pretty as snow, but it put a smile on my face  Ralph

Thats a great shot ralph. While taking the kids to day care this morning I had the same full moon over top Sunrise Mt with fresh snow. Wish I had my camera. Thats one nice thing down in your parts. When you get snow it melts faster unlike up here it just keeps getting deeper and deeper.

The snow stayed around for over a week this time as temps were low. I’m happy the snow is gone now. Here is a picture from last week. Ralph

Pretty neat.

Woke up to -2 this morning. Some of the valleys by me went down to -8. Talk about cold. The next two nights are suppose to be even colder. Fun

High of -19C, and a low of -23C here in Ottawa today…relatively clear skies…thank goodness, there is no wind, and low humidity.
