Hello all!
I am trying to plan for my visit to the show this year, so I thought I’d start a thread to see if anyone from LSC is planning to come as well.
The show is Jan 25 (9-5) and Jan 26 (10-4) in Springfield, Mass. I am thinking about going both days and I may drag my father along (The Fiancee is not interested).
I hope to see some of you there!
I’ll be there with the New Hampshire Garden Railroad Society. Be sure to stop by and see us in the far back corner of the Mallory complex as always.

Apologies, Lou. I’ve edited my post. The show is in Springfield, MA at the Big E Eastern States Expo. It is said to be the biggest model train show in the US, but some of this forum have said they believe it to be the biggest in the world.
I look forward to seeing you again, Dan! I believe we talked the last time I made it to the show (which was a few years ago now).
I’m giving this a bump now that we’re less than a month out. I’m very excited, and I hope I’ll finally be able to meet some more form members.
Will be at the CCTGG layout and at times the BTOC booth.
I’m considering a run up to the show on Saturday. I’m not a fan of big crowds, so probably mid day.
FYI - Advance tickets are available on the website. They will mail bracelets until 1/10 - or print at home and exchange at the show.
I plan to be there on Saturday too! Really looking forward to taking video of all the club layouts (all scales). Like Jon, I’m not a big fan of the crowds, so maybe this way I’ll be able to see everything I overlooked lol

What is the gathering point - New Hampshire layout in Mallory?
My trip was on, then off and now on again for Saturday.
That’s actually what I was looking at, Jon. I think it’d make the most sense to try to meet near NHGRS. They are on the side of a building, whereas Larry (with CCTGG) will be in the middle of the room.
I’ll be there all day, so I can meet anyone whenever. Also, I plan to have LSC on my phone so anyone can get a hold of me (hopefully).

Ha! I should bring some pastries… I hadn’t thought of that. Let’s see if I can whip something up before Saturday…
(And I shall be wearing a white General Mills hat!)
As for the show in April, I want to go, but we will have to see. I’ve gotten a promotion at work, so by then I may be working a TON. But, also, my wedding is in May, so not sure i’ll have time. I will let you know, though!

Does anyone happen to recall from previous years if re-entry into the show is allowed? I’m sure it probably is, but I want to try to verify beforehand. I want to leave a few things in my car to go back and get later, when needed.
