As long as the lights are off!

That’s for sure, haaha!

Hi friends,

Yesterday I ran a cable from a new lighting power supply to this side of the layout, and tied in the new row of flats. Today was final cleanup, and re-laying of all the track.

Last night, I realized I hadn’t taken any night shots. So I got out of bed, put on some slippers and grabbed my phone. The first shots were just light blooms from the windows, so I got a flashlight and set it on the ground to see some of the exteriors.

Cheers,

Cliff

Looks very nice, Cliff. Well done.

Why was it necessary to re-lay the track?

Well done Cltff

What about the outskirts ?

The devil lives within the details !

The Crystal Bar and hardware store are on C street (the next row down), and the 4th Ward Schoolhouse is way back on the other side of the layout, above the H&N mine.

At least, in the plan…

Thanks fer asking, Rooster (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-laughing.gif)(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

How about the Ponderosa? That was right outside Virginia City.

Ken, I loved that show when I was a kid!

It was a fictional ranch, but a small theme park was made around that story. It closed some years ago.

So with the 4th ward you are planning on building a museum then !

Remember you MADE me look at (dig into) this awhile back ! However I’m always a sucker for history !!

Don’t forget the frieze board and water table details

The outskirts are not always THAT desirable…

Closer to Carson City…but that was before the fire…
