This is the best time of the year to work outside. If you must be at home, it's great to have the good weather and a project to keep you busy.

Looking forward to seeing it in person soon.

Wait a minute! I thought the BEST time of the year to work on this was May 13-16, 2010 (http://www.largescalecentral.com/LSCForums/viewtopic.php?id=12144)

Looks REAL GOOD!
I see what appears Hosta’s starting to poke up. Mine are already up and have leaves. However none were poking through at the end of March when the crew was here.

Thats come a long way since your first post. Looking good.

Or at least for him to rake leaves

Track crews were out grading today (read: I was wandering around with my cordless drill) realigning the lower loop, making it look less “loopy”. Overall:

Another angle. The stone fill is where the loop used to be.

From the top of the hill.

Looking good. I managed to set one rock, transplant about a square foot of moss and move about a cubic foot of dirt today. More productive than yesterday though

Keep it up, Bob…by the time we get there all we’ll have to do is run trains…

Still lots to do!

Get busier! I’ll work on the trestle!

I got cedar, a table saw, and a nail gun waiting!

Of course!

Is the rake made of brass?

Siding trackwork continuing. Here are the sidings at Williamsport.

Bob that is a nice yard!
Are you going to squeeze in another siding?
I like the fabric idea !
So are you going to put down some type of ballast?
Sean

Not another siding. There’ll be buildings in that spot. Going to put down ballast, and the fabric (and an edge I have yet to install) will (should) keep the ballast from washing away TOO badly.

So where’s the 3-way stub switch going?

Lookin good, so far…

The 3-way stub is a result of your “You could do a 3-way here at the mine” so I can get another track underneath it!

Bob says that almost like he thinks it's bad idea...... I vote with Ken..... :)
