Apart from the ubiquitous weeds there are a few nice patches of flowers on the layout.
I got the HLW Purple Mack running on 2 of the tracks, but if I tried to do more or get pictures, it would start to rain. Again!
So I finally gave up and came inside.
There’s always tomorrow!
I’m not gonna post photo’s twice, my photos are in the ““operations”” forum, under Bluestone Southern May Ops…
Bruce, that pic looks great with the boxcab…
Well, Doug, tomorrow is out township’s Memorial Day Ceremony, and Monday at the VFW.
I’ll squeeze some train time in, but only with pictures!
I ran my dinner train, I finally have 3 streamlined coaches for it., I also have an unlettered diner car that will eventually be added to the train. I will need to get some decals to make it match.
The lead coach hasn’t been lowered yet, and I want to put green windows in it so it matches the other cars. Just another project on the list.
My neighbor who lives in the house behind mine, finally noticed that trains run in my backyard. Well, she has only lived there for about a year, so I guess she had to find out sometime.

NEVER take pictures of birds nesting (for Bruce) under your back porch and fail to close the back door while doing such!
Book of Rooster chapter 69 verse 1:29th
Looks like major track realignment going on in Mechanicsburg! Like the new bridge location.
So what’s the deal Dave?
(and if you need any help, let me know. Be glad to run up there and give ya a hand)
Rooster is it done yet
Ummm, Rooster, somebody stole your track!
Dang Gophers!
I got a few that I can share…first of all from the Memorial Day Run…
And then this past weekend finishing up Pearce Yard and celebrating my birthday…
Great pictures everyone. I had a chance today to run some steam. I started out with the Forney but was unable to get any pictures. Still have trouble with the servo shutting down when the train gets a certain distance. I have to figure out a better place to put the receiver rather then in the bunker. I also took the Cricket out for a few runs. Sorry Rooster its not your cup of tea

I love It;)
Got this put in today so I only have to cut in a few pieces of track, finish ballasting, and we will be running trains tomorrow.

Hello,
Well it is still spring for a few more days. finally got caught up enough to do a little running on Sunday 6/1.
first up need to move those sheep up to the high country, shown on Bridge 45a after receiving a car wash.
455 then returns east across bridge 45a with a freight from Rico
This area has been recently planted with moss from other parts of my yard, hopefully it will take hold, as it looks pretty good to me.
all for now.
