Who? Wha'? Where? I'm too busy chasing a small boy who has had a runny tummy for a couple of days. Come to think of it, his diapers aren't too much different from some of the discourse that occupies my working days -- make that my p[u]aid[/u] working days. No comment on debates hereabouts is implied or to be inferred.

Isn't Mssr. Schontag the current holder of the ELP assets per the first "finding"? Since he is now unable to meet his obligations or in other words 'Bankrupt' isn't Mssr. Goede as trustee for the first action just chaining along in this incredible soap opera???

I did not get the idea Schontag’s problem could be seperated from ELP since he was awarded the assets and as such neither could Goede incompetent or not.

Hi Mark

A different Trustee has been awarded the Schöntag insolvency (not Goede). Herr Schöntag never received full ownership of EPL because he didn’t complete the payment. He just lost a significant amount of money. I would not wish it on anyone.
