HJ what you are not understanding is under our Constitution Article II Section 1 "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
By this standard, with the evidence available, Obama is NOT eligible to be POTUS, whether you like him or not. Multiple lawsuits are pending in our Supreme Court to either have Obama produce proof of his natural born status (which he can not) or to have him removed from office (the likely outcome). When he is removed, all Executive Orders, and Bills he signed will be null and void.
To argue about Obama’s eligibility is like arguing that the Sun will not rise tomorrow. Facts are facts. If the Justices have any integrity they must, by Constitutional law, hear the lawsuits and the petitions for redress in this matter.
Tghis is a matter of “attention to details” in our laws.
David,
You truly are over the Hill. I’m inclined to believe that the sun rises in the West and that we actually reside in the Southern Hemisphere, if it weren’t for the evil doers in this world who have indoctrinated us that by accepted convention the sun rises in the East und we live in the Northern Hemisphere.
Soooooooooo did you carefully consider what you would like to learn about LS model railroading or is that another subject where you have your unimpeachable sources and so much for that?
BTW I can hardly wait to read about the US court that entertains even consideration to hear the nonsense you are advocating regarding Obama.
