Looking god Shawn. The RR is really filling in with the plant growth.
Nice Ken. The mill and logging area are really coming along.
Nice Faves are leaving town with log cars, image “Shay11003” & entering turntable, image “K_27010”
That green boiler jacket is really attractive too.
One which could be the train stopped at coal Creek depot for crew to pick up orders image “K27001” is appealing too.
Gret pics Shawn. Makes my trackage look like crapage.

Thanx for the offer, Shawn. I have a woods behind the house, so finding suitable sized logs shouldn’t be a problem. Besides, just trimming the shrubbery around here provides plenty of sticks that I can use.
Good stuff …keep the pics coming guys!

Here's the question unasked -- at least not in my memory: What is the story behind your "Rooster" moniker?
David,
Thanks for getting to the question of the hour: How and why the title “Rooster?”
So Ralph Berg holds the answer? Does Ralph know that you think he knows?
It took a year for me to get used to Fred being a Friar – or maybe he’s a monk.
Anyway, at least there is a acclaimed source for the answer.
Hopefully, Ralph will fess up.
Wendell
Day cut down all da trees already.

Wendell, Quite some time ago David Russell posted a photo of himself in the back yard holding a rooster. It seems his neighbor was keeping Russell up at night. So Russell borrowed a rooster to wake the neighbors bright & early. On another post I referred to Russell as “that Rooster fella”. It took off from there and soon Ric posted the “rough year for a Rooster” photo". Ralph

Ralph,
Kudos for the explanation. Thank you, now as to the Friar story…
Of course, what wakes the neighbors may also wake the person activating the rooster.
That’s somewhere in the Federalist Papers.
Wendell
I think the Friar story has been lost to obscurity…as long as I’ve known Fred, that’s been his moniker. He does like to pontificate on certain topics, so that may be the source…
