Large Scale Central

Sterling Single Finished

Finally got the Sterling Single done. Stan’s decals really set it off. Yeah, I know the coal load is angled here, did not get it on right. Tender has the Rail Boss 4 RC, My Logo Sound card and the speaker and battery.

I added the red lines that are on it. Probably a little large, but figures 1/64" would be hard to handle, the 1/32" was enough. And ALL those black and white vinyl lines! Been a fun project. But ready to move on to something else.

Looks great. We need another video.

VERY nice, Jerry

Thanks, too cold out right now for videos! Maybe Sunday…sun is out today, first time in 8 days.

Great job Jerry. Will be a nice addition to your layout.

Nice work Jerry. Now what you going to trade for? Later RJD

Just a v. small point. Sterling is the UK money standard, Patrick Stirling [as in the Scottish city] designed the beautiful locomotive that bears his name.

And the drive wheels are eight feet in diameter, hence the nickname - 8ft single.
