Sterling Single Finished

It’s the place where one liners are good: very nice job Jerry and special thanks to all the tips you have given me on my Sterling project.

Greg

First sound run with the Stirling. I used a My Loco Soundcard of an English Locomotive. Stan Cedarleaf did the decals.

Pretty cool, there feller!

Hi Jerry:

Great work.

Maybe Bachmann Trains will get inspired and release a similar adult version of the single if you post your work on their website.

Norman

Love it!!! It looks and sounds really great!

That looks really sharp, Jerry. I like that whistle sound.

My Loco Sound(which I used) has come out with an improved version of the card, plus it is smaller and still pretty cheap. I guess they have more plans for after it also.

Bravo Zulu, Jerry! That is outstandiment!

I noticed only two chuffs per revolution of the great wheel. I know that counting chuffs is a lot like counting rivets, but at that slow speed of revolution, it is REALLY noticeable. Its a small point in a great bash, and I would be proud to have her running on the WI&M.

Jerry

You’ve created a beautiful example of a Sterling!

You continue to impress me with your craftsmanship.

Excellent model, how long before you add some Emily coaches?

All the lettering on a set of six Emily-style coaches are going to make Mr Cedarleaf one happy bear!

What are you waiting for?

Me, I’d be sooooooooooooo proud to run that at a GTG - using r/c and batteries, of course.

AAA, I’m having a LocoSound unit installed in my electric K27, along with the latest version of the Tony Walsham r/c system with horn, bell and lights. AND inertia, althoug the Good Lord know I have enough of that, according to mrs tac.

I have two coaches. A friend in the UK is getting pix of the coaches, as we did with the loco/tender and have Stan make them up also. Jeremy painted his coaches to make them look like wood. He’s doing several more also and a brake coach.

Great work all around. You should be proud.

Beautiful work, Jerry!
