Dennis,
Thanks for the reply!
I was kinda hoping this thread would bring some more shots/pics by now but I guess more important issues need to be discussed on a “Large Scale Model RR” site?

Give it a little time…I’m sure you will see some responses. Here are a few more from my Railfan trip to Hamlet, NC. on Friday. Ralph

David my layouts brackground , has not turned green enough for photos on it , yet .
I like your idea , though , train pictures .

And thanks for the additional train photos Ralph .

My layout is green, but I was out taking train pictures when I should have been pulling weeds
Ralph

No Trains Running on this fine day(yet), but did jump out for a pic for this thread!

Here is a shot of freshly laid track, in need of final ballast. I spent some much needed time tweaking this track compared to the earlier line…my Annie now runs FLAWLESSLY! wow, that is a first! Outside loop down, now onto inner figure 8’s! cale

Spring? Spring, you say??? Yeah, right. Tell that to the 3" of snow that fell on the railroad overnight. We’ve gotten more snow this “spring” than we did all flippin’ winter! One would hope it’s good for the plants, but I know I’ve got a dozen or so bushes that aren’t coming back… Spring? Bah Humbug!

Later,

K

Cool, Just in time for the nice weather. Now you can run some trains while working on the inside line. Ralph

Some really beautiful layouts out there, except for Kevin’s. Kevn, you gotta rethink that white color scheme! David that viaduct looks fantastic! We have some swimmers showing up, and of course spring cleaning going on:

Brrrr. Looks like Idaho picnic weather. Cold. Is this a polar bear outing? :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice shots. I will try to get some tomorrow. We have finally warmed up the last 4 days. Temps hit low 90’s. The normal temp should be in the 60’s for this time of year. Just in the last few days everything started to sprout up. No trains running been away on training but tomorrow trains will be running

FANTASTIC!!!
Thanks Guys!! keep em’ coming!
Kevin, you could always move back to your native territory?
