I spotted this tractor near a grain silo the other day. It can run on or off rails. It is used to shove grain cars around the site.

Yeah, they have 2 of those at a local Purina Plant they are pretty cool to watch working.
shuttle wagon and Trackmobile are 2 names I am familiar with, had to use a Trackmobile at one place I loaded at ( the one driver was off that day and a car was blocking my load) so they said if you can move it we will load you , so with some help I shoved the car out of the way. it was already on the track, but controls seemed fairly simple
