Scale flies are just nats…
Andt I think what he’s suggesting is we jar them up and send them to him so he has some for the horses’ a** he’s modeling!
“Is it any wonder that is face is red,
Caligiah’s got termites in his head!”
(I have no idea how to spell)
David Russell said:Actually ....this really isn't fair as Jon hasn't commented on any of this so far and it's his store so I bet you guys done upset him! I'm actually feeling violated myself as I was sucked into your hellish modifications of a mans store! ;)
OK boys "GAME ON" (Andy/Dave M) I'll make the roof and a wooden sidewalk but you must produce a scale Indian and I also want a newspaper and shoe shine boy out front! I will gladly make horse hitchin' posts as well if you gentleman make the scale flies for the horses ass! NOW GET BUSY!

So, that’s what they mean when they reference the big guy upstairs
LOL!

I thought it was quite humorous!
BTW…I did make an overhang for the store however the prototype did not have one? So if Jon wants it I will install it or I will include it upon pick up. I also sealed his floors for him with polyurethane.
I’m done playing with it for now anyway as I’ve moved on to my next project.
Next project. What did you like that train car pic I sent that you just couldn’t wait to have one of your own?
David Marconi said:That was interesting but if I'm doing a "Spaghetti Train" I'm doing it on top of coal hoppers as seen from a prototypical Chessie photo I have. ;)

Cool. Thanks Dave. Can’t quite tell if the roof is completely flat, or if it slopes. Cedar shakes would be odd on a flat roof, but would look nice if there is enough slope. I really think Richard Smith’s ‘roof in a can’ is the way to go. Gluing hundreds of cedar shingles might make me crazy
And by the way the official name will be “Dave’s Big Indian Cigars”. Need to start thinking about signage and stuff.
OK …
Where are prospected signage pics?
It’s your store!
Case of beer is good but were even Jon as you helped me out with this and I didn’t forget!

Oh and $14.00 for the doors that you suggested!
I haven’t had much time to play around in Illustrator for signage. I’ll get to it before October so you can see it in person. I’m not so sure about the porch idea, but I’ll have to see it. Thanks for the poly job too ! I found a picture of the Big Indian before he lost his arm to an unfortunate accident… [url=photo.cvsry.com/Grove-1024.jpg]

Reattachment surgery is planned and I’ll try and talk Marilyn into detail painting it. Problem is it’s location is not an easy place to work.
