Joe, that and the third set of drivers has a serious wobble to them.
I guess it all depends on who owns the molds and tooling. I expected the the line to come back, at least some of it. I just thought it would be years before any of it came back.

I’d be curious to see if they market to dealers, or if they just try to sell direct at lower prices from the online store. The big closeout sale seemed to prove folks are okay buying direct.
The Heavyweights are one line I would like to see back

Thats all track, wonder what happened to all the rolling stock tooling?
If you go back to the original FB announcement, he said he was going to start with track and hoped he could eventually produce the entire line.

I’m not on or do Facelessbook

Scott Polk just announced a new company opening January 2.
Polk’s GeneratioNeXt
Starting with track.
He also says he hopes to eventually manufacture the full line.
Ralph
It was the first post on the topic

I’m sitting on an AC Amtrak set, wondering if it is going to rise in value… time will tell.
If you read Scott’s email, he says ““I acquired the leftover stock from Irvington””…
The stock numbers he listed is supposedly, the track that he has coming in on the container, the end of January…

You don’t know what you’re missing.
Of course you being that much younger, you’re probably fluent with the lingo.
HJ Actually I do know what I am missing. My wife set up a page and now our email is chuck full of notifications of the most banal and innane posting by her contacts. No thanks, besides I doubt I would evelyr have more than three non-family members I would ever here from and they already have my email.
What I am truely sick to bloody death with is sites that REQUIRE a Fatfacebook account to simply post comments or feedback. Thats really irritating.
Vic,
Your wife needs to change her notification settings.
I get no email notifications from FB.
Ralph
Ralph the trouble is she doesnt see any issue with it

She needs her own mail account!
PS I tuned out all the annoying stuff on FB by fiddling with settings, using ADP and whatever else.
Agree with you, Vic. I see no reason to join FB. There are also some “contests” that you can only enter through FB. I don’t need to know what the rest of the world is doing. If I’m interested, I’ll ask you.
The book, I have not faced!
I also do not go the FB route. Who needs all this crap anyway. Just another way for folks to spy on ya. No thanks. Later RJD

Well, in a year, the web site is dying: http://polksgenerationext.com/, and no responses since early March on farcebook.
Anyone have any news about GeneratioNext?
Greg
Well, that’s certainly not a good sign.
If you look around the individual product pages, the only items that have a decent amount of stock is the Euro brass track.
I didn’t attend ECLSTS, but did hear he was there.

Well, not exactly. Here’s the booth.
even Navin next door was shaking his head when people were asking about where Polks was
