Ken, Some states are more pro-active in “protecting” their populace from their own folly. I’m not sure, but could it have something to do with “retaining and preserving existing taxpayer base”? :lol: :lol: :lol: Which means applying their own unique “preservatives” and eliminating a few others. BTW anyone know or remember how many propositions are up for decisions in November or were last time around?
