New outside braced caboose for the L&I

Hey Korm…Painted the steps! Progress has slowed as I wait for the brass rod and styrene I ordered to make the railings, ladders, and walkways. I also ordered the dry-transfers today! I ordered enough to complete my now finished ventilated boxcar, this caboose, and letter two unmarked Bachmann tankers. For the moment I am planning to mount a “herald” over the bracing. It’s in the pictures but not permanently attached. Jury is still out on this. . .

. . Originally I planned on ordering just another undecorated Bachmann but I didn’t want all my railroads looking the same. I don’t think they resemble each other too much other than they are both cabooses! . .
