New Message Icon

Hmm. I think I liked the previous icon better. Stood out better.

I think the flame icons were a bit oversized but these new ones just don’t stand out enough.

They’re never happy :o

Well, I happen to be ““Contrast”” blind… putting subdued colors with more subdued colors, and I only see the basic, most displayed color, i don’t see the other colors… this is not to say, I am color blind, cause I’m not… There is a huge difference… The color of the forums backgronds and the color of the envelope is almost the same, and the faint, light green, just gets lost in the vision… It’s difficult for me to determine what’s new and what’s not…

PS: see, I said ""subdued, didn’t mention feminine, once… hehehe

…grinning…

The little Icon is okay for me the way it is now. Tinker if you have too…

Cheers,

The old fardt in Oregun

I agree with Tom.

Now that’s something you don’t see every day!

I think we should set up an ““Electoral college”” and we can vote for which icon we want, then let the electoral college decide for us…

Increased the contrast some more, and I’m pondering making the green check greener

I try to keep my grades under 4%

You need at least a 7% to justify that Shay…

My Shay is justified, needed and required. Well, required sometimes.

Did you guys notice the incline at the coal tipple at the EBT in Orbisonia? All rod engines and a couple of weisels.

Did they actually send Mikes up there, or did they use idler cars?

I’m pretty sure only cars went up the ramp. The engine would have stayed well back on the main.

Grey brain cells working here, but I think I remember seeing a recent picture of an engine further up that incline than I expected. My original thoughts is that the engine always stayed on the flat and pushed a long string, but a recent picture has changed that thought There really doesn’t seem to be a lot of pictures of the building that sat on top of the chutes. Jon, you don’t remember that? I think maybe when they took that flat car off the incline that had the trees growing through it.

Guys, we have drifted to talking EBT stuff here.
