Thanks Dennis. We get the cold temps but its very rare for my area to get above 90. Cant wait to see your engine house. Make sure you start a build thread.
Inspired by Jake’s Grist Mill and your Engine House I’ve started on up-scaling a bird house that’s been laying around. I plan to use it as a whistle stop station. I’ve got the foundation backer built and am ready to attach the stones. I really like the Loctite adhesives and was going to run out for a tube of PowerGrab today to apply the blocks. I have Plumber’s Goop in stock and I think Marilyn has regular Goop. Maybe I should save the gas.
I’ve been taking pictures as I go. As soon as it’s to a point where you might be able to tell what it will be I’ll post some shots.

Cant wait to see the pictures. I really like the stone and I plan on making a few walls for along the track. Not until the ground thaws out though.

Wow, thanks for the compliment. I’m just about done. I used E6000 on some parts of the building. I’ve never used it before so we shall see.
I’ve used E6000 to attach wood planking to a plexiglass shell when I built my barn a few years back. So far, so good. I’ve also used it on some smaller detail parts as well without any major problems. I live in Buffalo, NY so the temps don’t get past 90 very often (not often enough in my opinion!!). Your mileage may vary.
