NBRR-v4.0: I need a track plan-and I need your help

Sean

I missed the ^right above here^ notation…will move and re-shoot

ok so I dig where HJ is going, minus the fact there are a lot of switches there on the ‘back’ away from the front wall.

I did what Andy/Sean suggested here:

and the opposite end looks like this:

you see here the inner is not connected to outter anywhere on the ‘rear’ of layout

I think I’m getting done here…my patience grows thin and I hope to start trenching tomorrow afternoon

I think that will be OK Cale , I see a lot of possibilities .

Wish it were mine .

Mike

You may be getting done, Cale, but we’re not. We’re having a lot of fun watching you run up and down that ladder. I don’t think we’ll ever get tired of that. (http://www.freerails.com/images/emoticons/yahoo.gif)

More Brass Slip Joiners and SS Screws ordered today just to make sure…

Lots of action on the main line, some action on the branch line, plenty of work in the yard to sort cars and rearrange things.

Both Main and Branch could be run as a point to point in either direction from Staging. Normal operation roundy-round on both the Branch and the Main, two train traffic in opposing direction on the Main … and … and … and

All “Action” is as close to the layout edge as possible. Enough space for scenery and structures. Two bridges and one trestle.

"Your mileage may differ"

HJ that is Masterful!

the only problem I see is the pond is much closer to the wall. The edge of the pond is about 16" from the front wall-that doesn’t include in rockery. I think I could get one single track in there even if I had to trestle it…

past that I really dig it! Thank You!

You’re welcome, my pleasure.
