Ah HA! I thought I had seen them before!

That explains what happened to those MDC molds, I’ll bet a dollar PIKO picked them up. If they have these, they might very well also have the Rio Grande caboose, and the Big Hustler not to mention their other G offerings, this could still turn out to be an interesting year afterall.

I'll take that dollar bet, but it could be that they were "transferred" :D

if Piko did pickup the tooling then I hope they beef up the truck bolster as it is the Achille’s heel of the design.
