Time will tell if folks tolerate it or not. The mass exodus at the beginning is expected. MLS’s legacy will come once the dust settles. These features are jumping out at us now because they’re new. I’m in much the same boat as Vic; I’ve got too many photos hosted there to just cut and run. I’ve been migrating my build logs to my personal blog for a few years now, and most of my posts relative to those projects there, here, and elsewhere have been little more than pointers to the blog. Beyond that, I don’t start many threads at all.
Still, I’m tempted to pick benign words within my posts and link to random YouTube videos.

Which is precisely why I mentioned I have several backups. There are 3 ‘external’ drives on my desk today, as I write this, and the computer has 3 disks inside it. There’s another ‘external’ disk upstairs for my wife to use as backup.
Whether you use CDs, DVDs, SDs, or real disks, they will all have problems eventually. Keep upgrading - every 10 years take your stuff and copy it to a new medium. I think I have 6 copies of my 2005-2011 photo files on these various disks. Probably only 2 or 3 copies of the 2012/2013 photos, and of all the videos.
The clouds can be a place to store your stuff, as long as you have your own copy at home.

Dave is probably referring to an old Mercury flathead V8 rebuild or a bit of Jaguar maintenance and possibly not train related.
Does Dave rebuild flatheads? have a '48 in the shed, 1/2 race cam,Edelbrock heads and Offenhauser tri-power…
3/4 race 53 Merc, ported and relieved, IKY 77B, Offy finned heads, 4bbl Offy with 390CFM Holley, 3-ring slugs, stainless valves, Mallory, headers.
The other two are more or less stock flatmotors with Merc cranks and slugs (255cubes).
The Jag is one you don’t see stateside, as they didn’t import them. 2.4L, twin Solex downdraughts. Oh, and RHD. Now, my cousin’s car…when it hits the salt, should be quicker than my 3/4 race Merc.
