LSC Annual Reunion

It was a year ago December 15th, that we had the last Annual Reunion.

Is it too late to celebrate again this year, on the Chat at 21:30 EST ?

OK Friday it is Fred!!! I’m in!!!

Oh man, guys.

I’ll be on the road, but there in spirit. Have fun.

I guess it’s just you and I Bart…Even Bobby hasn’t said boo…

I’ll most likely stick my head in and chat.

I’ll have a quick look and duck.

Last annual reunion of what? What am I missing out on now? Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!! I’m always in the 10% that doesn’t get the word!

Steve I’m with you on what we are missing however I’m the new kid have not been around here much. Later RJD

For several years now, we have had a “Reunion” in the chat room…this is the day it is usually held.

What if they had a reunion and no one showed up?

Haha! We HAD a reunion and FRED didn't show up! :D

Roast him…!! Confiscate his hooch stash…! Throw him to the dogs…!!!

Defrock him for sure…!

Sorry guys.

I was needed elsewhere to do some pallative care for my old back door neighbour, who is at death’s door. I just got home for a few minutes at midnight and went back to the retirement home. I’ve just arrived back home and it is after 04:00. So it’s off to bed for me.

I did plan on being there to meet everyone at the “Reunion”, but sometimes other things are more important.

Charlie is just like a second father to me. A kind gentleman who I’ve known since 1950. Some of you guys have met him at the “Invasions”. I think he deserves my time at this point in his life…

If he lives through the day, today; I’ll be back there this evening.

No need to explain, Fred. You do what you gotta do.

Take care of Charlie for us.

Hi Fred…

I hope your neighbor is at least comfortable. I’m sure your being there helps with that.

I lurked around Chat for about 45 minutes last night. Should have signed in, but didn’t have anything to add. I guess I’m just not a Chat kind of person. When the conversation is slow I get bored, and when it’s fast I can’t keep up. That and I hate everyone to see how poor my typing and spelling is when communicating on the fly

Now if we could do this same kind of thing on a conference call say once every couple of months, then I’m in! There’s actually a very cheap and easy way to set up conference calls if you have 3-way calling on your phone. Multiple people with 3-way can set up a chain where everyone hears everyone else. My ex-company did this and it worked great for a group of 6.

We missed you there Fred. I do hope your neighbor does as well as possible and you are certainly to be commended for your devotion to an old friend. Of course we would expect no less from you.

All the best to you and your friend ol’ buddy. See you later.

Give Charlie my regards Fred. I hope he’s doing better.

Charlie passed away on Saturday at 08:00…may he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear that, Fred. It was a good thing you were able to spend some time with him last Friday.

The passing of friends is always a sad occasion.

My condolences to his family.
