Geez Fred, very sorry to hear that. My condolensces to you and whatever family he has. I was glad to have met the man and share some time with him. I know you’ll miss him!

I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your good friend. I never got the chance to meet Charlie, but if he was anything like the rest of your neighbors, he was a wonderful person. I’m sure you’ll miss him. But remember that you still have many more friends who will do their best to take up the slack.
