Huzzah!
It came to me last night while I was trying to get to sleep.
I kept moving out of my way a LGB 2 wheel frame for something. Then I thought that those traveling outhouse were cool, but the last one for sale was WAY too expensive. So…
HUZZAH!
Here’s the opportunity to build one from what’s lying around gathering dust and getting in my way.
I know everyone is now ahead of me, but here’s the required napkin drawing. Of course I couldn’t find a clean napkin, so I grabbed a scrap of paper.
Now that could be FUN… in a funky way…
if you are interested, here are some pics and explanations from my “maintenance of crew” car, i made for the 2010 competition

Thankyew.
I had not considered a “gathering tank”, but now I may. Apparently I am way behind a lot of you in building one of these.
(Thinking out loud) Should I put Amtrak on this?
If you did label it up as an Amtrak car you would have to call it a … Oh never mind…!!
I was thinking of a safe label like Large Scale Central #2.
in that case “Amtrash” could be apropriate…
Lou, nothing like hauling the throne around with you. I like it. Lot of possibilities with this build.
Exactly why I like traveling with a camp trailer! Avoid those nasty gas station rest rooms.
Yet, there’s nothing like stopping in a well equipped rest area that has a view. How about getting sidetracked in Scotland?
Yikes Bill, watch that last step
I’d poop in that thing simply for the adrenaline rush.
C’mon Dave, what?
Amdump?
Amcrapper?
California zipper?
Crapitol Corridor?
Peer Marquette?
Weed control car?
When I started this, little did I know it would flow downhill so fast.
There’s a Swiss prototype, and I’ve ridden it.
Surprisingly it uses low emission technology.
Sorry Lou, I keep thinking we’re on Rooster thread…
