Looks awsome
Beautiful looking building, Mike…
Very Nice
That turned out great! What did you use for the “security” windows? I guess I better search out HD a bit more; I can never find acrylic there.
Bruce, I scored a sheet of diffuser plastic from an old fluorescent fixture for the security glass. I put it in the windows of AA Citrus Association Packing Plant also. Acrylic at HD is with the window glass. Quit being stereotypical and ask one of the employees. Sort of like asking for directions…LOL
Thanks a bunch to the crew here at LSC for the compliments.
I think the thing that really draws attention to this building is the shape itself. Having the dock area at 90 degrees to the main office part really adds interest. Great job, its an eyecatcher.

Hehehehe. I have asked. I remember trying to get some Tufboard there. They said they didn’t have any at all. Then I went around the corner and found the mother lode. I guess you just have to ask the right person.

Ask the guys at Lowes. They know Home Depot better than Home Depot knows themselves! If only Lowes could get access to the better hardware (Stanley for example) I would buy even more there. Last time I asked for help at Home Depot the guy as “on break”, time before that he was a “vendor” and doesn’t help customers, time before that it “isn’t my aisle”. When Lowes first opened they were falling all over themselves trying to help. That ended soon after the first payroll, but they are still helpful - just less of them.
EDIT cus I kant spell
Nice work Mike. The depot came out great.
Bruce, at home depot out here, it’s in the back of the windows and doors dept… I just picked up 3 sheets of 36" X 48" acrylic… .093 thickness…
I stopped asking at either store. I search - it’s less wear and tear on my sneakers being sent all over the store when it was right around the corner from where I asked the clerk.
