Fall Run

Beautiful fall day yesterday, so I had to run a train.

And, of course, the neighbors decided to cut the grass…

Nicely done! Things look great. It seems you are enjoying your new engine?

Yup…and we’re gonna see if it fits out on the Kaskaskia valley RWY…

Working on clearances, but there will be tight places, I’m sure.

Ken, Nice…

Make sure your overhead clearances are high enough, or Ken'll be lifting your bridges up!

Wow we’re all up early

Not a problem on height, but there may be a problem on distances between the cylinders in a couple of places. Everything has its limits, many have learned that during our ops sessions and that is just part of the fun. Equipment modification can be entertaining and then sometimes damaging, when operators are not watching their equipment. All parts/equipment found after the sessions is held a reasonable time for the owners.

Bart has a whole box with his name on it.

All Bruce leaves up here are brake hoses…

Robbie ran his K out there last year, and it seemed to do OK, but I will bring other options with me…just in case…

(If I can find room in the van with all of Andy’s crap in the back…now I know what Ric goes through in York after Andy goes on a spending binge…;))

 Ken…

Start Ken out in the basement subdivision and let him work his way up Ric. :) Nice vid Ken. I still need to get there

more next time. Paul

Paul, all I’m getting is a statement that I took the wrong track and a pic of a locomotive being hoisted back onto the track after being derailed. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

Yes, I know that and i’m trying to figure it out, what a pain!!
