Alec.

Impressive!!

Nice work!

What trucks do you use?

Ray, I’m using these from Rodney at R and K: http://www.randkrailroadproducts.com/

They are really 4’8" reefer trucks.

They look fantastic Bruce! And it’s nice to see some views of your railroad that we haven’t seen in a while

Those are really good looking trucks. I wonder if they’d be workable for 1/24th scale?

They're 4'8" in 1:20; they'd be 5'4" in 1:24

I guess it would depend. He does have some freight trucks that are smaller.

Ray,

Bob Hartford is back in business again. He is not selling complete kits, but short kits (no wood parts except in trucks…I think).

Bob C.

Ray, Rodneys’ 4’ 8" 1:20 trucks on right. Accucraft 1:24 trucks on left. I didn’t scale the 1/24’s to see if they are 4’ 8"

Speaking of those trucks, aren’t these suppose to be in 1:20 scale? Why use a “standard guage” truck on a narrow guage car?

Of course I’m not critizing, I’m just curious on the thought process, because the cars look excellent.

Those are 1:20 narrow gauge trucks…
