Thanks. Another reason for the experiment was so that bright wood would not show in the cracks. I probably went overboard…

Thanks again. I got all of the cars painted. Decided to go ahead and put the decals on one of them. It’s still not finished - have to add the brake hoses and some weathering, but I like how it looks. The lettering really makes it pop.

Thanks again. I think I’m about done with it. I’ve put decals on the rest, just need to let dry before I put on a final overcoat. Here’s the comparison for Bob.

Hi Bruce,
Great looking cars, you have done a super job on them. The new issue of slim gauge cars has plans and a few pages on this style car. Very nice build
