I really appreciate Star Hobby keeping this show going one more year and that they are considering another show around the same time, next year.
I am sure there are times he would like it to go away, from a sanity standpoint. But for some folks, shows are their money makers. The vendors that attend the ECLSTS must be making some money at the show, including Starr Hobby.
Yes, I am also one of those who also appreciate the fact the Starr Hobby took over the show and kept it going.

Just booked my room at the Best Western. Not far from the Wyndham and on the way to Lydon Diner. A little pricier than my normal Motel 6 room, but not having to go out on Rt 30 to get home after the party will be an advantage. Interesting that Booking.Com has the room for $15 less - because they don’t charge the service fee BW has on their site. See y’all at the Wyndham watering hole late Thursday afternoon.
Last flight into York KTHV So far the weather is good but it is 10 days out. It will be a bit sad. End of an annual trek.

And only 9, if you show up Thursday to help others set up (or at least pretend you are), and attend the Early Bird Social Hour(s) at the Wyndham bar.
I plan on being at the social, but I aint working. The whole point of taking a short vacation and driving out there is so I don’t have to work. Even though I will be closer to my boss’s office out there then I would be if I stayed here…I aint workin.

In one week TODAY I’ll be headed out to York! I am very much looking forward to meeting many of you and learning some new techniques for things I’ve been attempting to do.
Please let me know if anyone needs help with anything next week. I’ll be around not long after noon on Thursday and am around until Sunday. (You just have to tell me what to do!)
