We have too many other things planned, I cannot bring a mini-Timesaver.
I will be there Thursday to help PMGRRS set up.
Let me see if I can get ahold of Dan to get some tables and chairs so we can set up the Banner and Drag & Brag stuff.

I guess we’ll need some new signs for the ALCOVE. Sorry, but all that is in storage in Carlyle, Illinois and we are coming straight from Florida. The “Drag and Brag” is scheduled for the new dates in the Susquehanna Room and all this was verified by our BOD contacting me. Be there or be square.

I intend to be there. What does everyone want the young pastry cook to bring? Haha (Besides a loco or something similar…)

Cash !
Gents I apologize to you all. I looked into duplicating the signage pictured in the Alcove use cheap paper signs at close to the same size. Price quoted was $185.00 which is just a bit steep for my blood.(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

You said that about the last show!
I was thinking more along the lines of something sweet to share.

David, this place has (for example) a 2’ x 8’ vinyl banner for under $50:

I’d be willing to chip in, and arrange the printing if needed; but do you or Ric have the artwork?

That’s a good point. We shall see about the early bird social. I’m not one for drinking.

BD may have the art work. I copied the two pics on page 7 in this thread and showed them that Cliff. So I’m good for an under $100.00 price tag and it can be paper if it’s only 1-2 days use

Haha! Not sure why it says I’m leading it, maybe because I posted the event notice?
John, you do donuts or pastry? Mmm…
I can do many things. Donuts may not keep super well, but I havea few ideas…

Non of that healthy stuff … (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
Dave Marconi was once famous for his “Upside-down” pineapple cup cakes…but has lost his fame by never providing them again.
John; you might like to contact him and get his description of them, and provide a dozen or more …you might become the “Pastry King” of the show…!!

With Cliffs lead I got the signs for the alcove on order and will have them there for whatever you want to do with them (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
Way to pick up the ball guys, many thanks. Had no thought about the signs until the other day.
OK, I just sent off the request for tables and chairs in “The Alcove” as a representative of Large Scale Central as an Exhibitor. Will let you know if I get a response.
NEW TOPIC: Anybody hear of a Show Car or T Shirt?
There will supposedly be a show car, but there is no word of a t-shirt yet. I’m glad I was able to snag a shirt last year. I really liked the graphics.
Well, just had a call, and we are locked in for 2 tables and 10 chairs in “The Alcove”.
The Show Car will be a 3 bay Conrail hopper with metal wheels and 4 different numbers.
There will be t shirts and sweat shirts, graphics are being drawn with the theme of a train going away to signify leaving York.
