Something wrong with this pic!!! A girlyyyy!
That’s Julie Jincks from our club. She’s the large scaler in the family. Ken, her husband, is at her right hand and is into HO. Over the years, lots of people from the Gateway Garden Railroad Club have made the pilgrimage to York and the ECLSTS.

Even when Andy is there?

I don’t think they were aware that Andy would be there…
He’s a show unto himself. I just go along for the ride.
I’ve got your back, Andy. Don’t worry.

When someone says they have my back, I get very worried … especially when I hear the sound of a blade being whetted behind me.
That’s good news Ric. I’ve never been to one of these ECLST shindigs, but this year I’m hauling my freight down there from Toronto, taking time off to do it, too.
Mostly to hang out, either in the alcove, which Fr Fred was first to tell me about, or at his evening drag ‘n’ brag over at the Hotel.
Speaking strictly for myself, I really don’t think I could take any more changes right about now…
So, yes, Hats Off To Harry.
(Yup, I remember the song, “Hats Off To Larry”, can still sing most of it too…)
Wow, looking forward to meeting you John from Canadia! That’s what we told our Grandchildren that people who are called Canadians are from. I will bring the Toonerville Trolley. I am thinking of entering it in the “new contest” this year if allowed.
The best part of seeing all you guys at York is that my memory is so bad, I make so many new friends every year!
When is the “Drag & Brag”? If Friday I will come, but we have to leave Saturday, to be back for another commitment on Sunday.
Lou
Nemmamind. I found the old post about it being on Friday. Hope to see Y’all. Wear nametags because I am Soooo bad. I have to wear mine so I know who I am!
