Wish I could stay for more then a day. Once the little one gets a little bigger it will be easier. Hes unpredictable still. Sometimes i can get him to do stuff all day long then other times hes done in 10 minutes lol. If I knew he would behave and want to stay the whole time, I could bring the kids and give the wife a break. Then I would be good for the entire weekend. As much as a like my shelter im not ready to move into it yet lol Hopefully another year or two.
Shawn,
Do what I am doing and bring the wife along, the Hotel has a pool and hot tub.
Nico
Is everyone invited to the party room?

Everyone is invited…a $7, per-person, donation towards the cost of the meeting room, would be appreciated…children must be on a leash, or at least controlled…bring what you care to have for refreshments…there will be ice to chill the drinks.

Nico told me he got a hotel with a pool for his wife. I told the wife that and if she goes Ill get a hotel with a pool and she can sit at the pool. I might have convinced her. Looks like I might be going thursday night and leaving later Saturday (Have to work Sunday Grrrr) I might actually make the partyroom. Keep your fingers crossed.
Shawn said::cool: I've convinced my wife to come this year too :) I'm also planning on getting there Thursday night. Probably drive home Monday. As usual, have to fit some Railroad sights in there somewhere ;) Ralph

Hi All,
Its been awhile since I dropped in here. I hope to catch up with you guys up in York. I wasn’t even sure there was going to be an ECLSTS until I checked the forums. No mention of it in the February GR. Got permission from the missus to come up for the two days. Maybe I’ll finish up some of these half done projects to bring along.

I’ll be refocusing and reworking the main layout to something simpler with less maintenance just for the small steam, critters and streetcars as well as keeping up with the 7/8’s layout and models. I’ll be selling off the 1/29 dismals and rolling stock. Look out for a list of these for sale at ECLSTS (I got my hotel res. for Friday night).
