Yea, they do come in handy…

It won’t climb your steps but it would work good down here!

When I first bought my lawn mower/tractor I couldn’t afford the trailer so I built one from some 3" conduit, threaded rod , wheelbarrow tires and plywood. It served me well for over 5 years before it began to rot away. Just about the time it was falling apart completely my neighbor was replacing one that is about as rusty as David’s. He was going to junk it so I took it; repaired the two flat tires with tubes and have been using it for 3 or 4 years since.

And yes, they are very handy. My tractor needs another battery and some starter wok. I’ve been starting it with jumper cables for the past two years 'cause I’m too busy with other stuff to fix it.

Look at it this way. If you put a battery in it you would just have to keep it charged!

You’re doing pretty good for an outhouse cleaner.

…grinning…

That’s what I need…this manual RR work is gettin old…

She didn’t look this good when I saved her from the scrap pile. This cub is a 1967 vintage. They made a great tractor. If one was maintained a bit they would last a long time. Heck 67 is when I graduated from Hjgh School.

We’ve rented a Terramite a couple of times, once putting in the footings for the big shed, and the other when we added the side bit on the driveway. Occasionally we see them on the used market, but they’re pretty pricey.

Tell me about it. I'm getting to old for 80# bags of concrete. Moved 10 of them twice in the last 24 hours :(

The wind we had yesterday damaged the roofs on two outbuildings. Instead of moving rock and dirt this week it’ll be roofing!

My wife is the smart one in the family. I buy the 80# bags...............she buys the 60# bags ;) Ralph

Two old sheds in a new place. The stick sticking in the ground marks where there are Day lilly’s. Pretty pink ones.

Well that’s all I got finished today.

I coulnt survive without my garden tractor. I mow the lawn, plow the driveway and haul dirt and rockwith it.

Im loven this weather. Jason Kovac stopped by yesterday and we ran some live steamers. But we are not out of the woods yet. Still could see snow up till mid April. What are the chances an early snowstorm in oct and one in April?

With Spring’s arrival this week winter will probably sneak back in!

I'm worried about that too. Another big dump could happen any time until mid April around here.

Jon, I have a sneaky feeling, that's going to happen out here, also.... I think so far, half of March has been in the 80's for highs.... everything is blooming and budding.... I have that feeleing that another frost is going to sneak in, before the middle od April....

I agree. People are buying and planting bedding plants around here like crazy. Not me. I won’t put anything that’s not frost tolerant in the ground before Mother’s Day. I did pour cement this weekend though - checked the low temp forecast 7 days out and no dips below 40.

Yah gotta have the Faith.
It’s global warming. My global is warm. I’m going to take it day by day.
I’ll take what is given and try to do the best with it.
If it’s bad, fine . If it’s nice fine. the trick is to be ready for it.
I can’t do anything about it, so I won’t worry bout it. Just take it as it comes.
Worrying don’t do anything but raise the blood pressure.
Maybe that’s why my blood pressure is so good.
Any how was out working a little today didn’t get any pics. The next time I go out I’ll take some pictures.
I know you guys likes the pictures.
I’m trying to figure out how I want it to look. I know one thing. I don’t have enough rocks.
