Looking good, Dave.
Well I got it all put together today.
And I got the second seal coat of Titebond III on it.
Tomorrow I start on the Barn Doors, I’ve decided to put both front and rear barn doors for thru passage. and piling on others ideas The chimney will be external, so I don’t have to cut a hole in the roof, and violate the waterproof of the thing.

Well All I got made today was a door.
I started by decking over sintra with scribed wood.
Then built up the sides, and added all the pieces to make up the double doors.
Needed to add the hardware, hinges and clasp.
And a door is born.
And where it’s to be on the Blacksmith shop.
OK before I get fried for using superglue for an outdoor building.
This is actually a master, I’m going to make a mold from this, and resin cast the final doors.
The scale size In 1:20, the doors are 9 ft wide x 9 ft tall, plus the added trim.

I agree. Well-crafted and very convincing.
Not a lot of visible progress today.
Got the casting box constructed, and a good coat of Mold Release on everything. Ready to pour.
And filled with RTV Silicon , Just waiting to cure, so I can cast a few more.
By morning I’ll be ready to de-mold and cast.

OK guys, you figured me out, all those that kept wondering what this years challenge was to be, only had to study my last years build, to see the chimney kit I put on last years challenge.
Extra points for the first two that can tell me the color of the chimney on last years build…

Well, I did get the master out of the mold, and cleaned up the flash.
And Add a bit of resin, wait a bit, and whalll Ahaaa, Door.
And the stuff so far this build.
