It’s all good Dave!

John has it covered well above.
Enjoy.
Here’s a still from the video…
Now that’s what a steam locomotive should look like. (https://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-laughing.gif)
Went down the rabbit hole of the 425 video, which lead to several new videos of D&SNG. Was quite enjoyable now that I can see well again (new glasses today). Between the new glass and some nice HD vids, it’s like having a window into the Rockies. I absolutely must reserve a few days in Chama on our next trip out to Denver. I would love to do it in September for the color, but Marilyn has summers off and no vacation time (school worker) so it must be before Labor Day.
@Dave - 315 really looks great in her 425 costume. Still like her a 315 too. Hey, as long as there is coal smoke and steam pouring out of the stack, the rest can look however way anyone wants and it will still be great!
Heres another video from our recent “RGS Freight train”
Enjoy
Beautiful! Thanks to the both of you.

Anything to bump my … Aw shucks, just happy to help, but Dave earns the thanks in my book.
Thank you BOTH!
Is that our young fella with the stylish 'stache Dave up there at 3:41???
Yah… Thats me firing out of Chama…
Also me at 5:30…Dumping a quarter of a 50 Lb bag of sand all over the engine.
And also at 14:43
And giving the ol’ gal a drink at 19:10 at the Cresco Tank.
On the up hill slog from Chama to the top of the Cumbres Pass, we usually do a crew change at Cresco, and share the fun of heavy shoveling.
Dave
You handsome devil!
After watching many of these fantastic 315 videos on the C&TSR I’m getting the itch to weather my C19 and a few cars. I have resisted doing any weathering except on my live steam Shay to help hold resale value with the excuse that my railroad is a museum and equipment is kept looking new intentionally. But, like the C&TSR, the CVSRy is an operating museum railroad, and when steam trains run, they tend to get a bit dirty. 315 and some of the stock it was pulling in these videos is a great example of light weathering of restored equipment. 315 and the restored freight cars from the C&TSR will be my guide when I take the plunge and do it.
Dave . . . .great Run. Great video. Much FUN. I love seeing old restored freight cars running.
Enjoyable day for you Dave, quick hand scooping on the sand dome… (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-tongue-out.gif)
Dave, I have a question about the running/walk boards edge… Are they White or silver? Having a hard time trying to figure it out from pictures
