So, are we going to see this thing in York? And is it ready to run yet?
I, for one, can’t wait to see this “Rube Goldberg” contraption actually running around a layout…pulling that combination car behind it…
(Wasn’t this much more fun and interesting to build then some box with a motor in it? You probably woke up some long dead brain cells too.)
And it looks a damn sight purtier too…
Chicken Scratch.
Shawn said:Yes, I do b'leeve that chicken did make just about all of that from scratch :) Nice!!!!
Chicken Scratch.
Bring it; done or not.
If Rooster has it running at York, somebody please shoot some video
Ralph
Very nice build Dave…super unique lokie…Dave
Ralph …it won’t be running but it will be there…and yes Jon…I’d say about 75% (or more) of the build was from scratch…

Ken Brunt said:You meant pretty UGLY and weird right!!! I did put some time in on it today and have all the linkage working with no binding at all.......my issue now resides with the gearbox and motor. The bachmann motor does not like slow rpms so I my need to locate a better motor for it.
And it looked even purtier in person.................;)
