I see ditch lights and MU cables, so I guess we’re done now…
Actually enjoying this Ken and the question is where do you stop?
So the answer as Gary says would be “NO”
I’m enjoying it too, so keep goin…

Still needs a red lining in the window frames and door, but really looking great
With all that great work, it should be finished properly.
The whole car should get a good coat of Canadian Pacific Maroon paint, and across the letter board should proudly be displayed…C A N A D I A N P A C I F I C…and then, my friend, you will have a fine model, worth its weight in iced cream…!!!
Another outstanding job…looks purty…
Looks good Turkey, I men Rooster.
Beautiful car… Don’t tell Rooster that, he’ll never be able to get thru a door again…
It is beautiful…
but now I’m confused?
Thought we were going with the modern Amtrak stuff???
I think I’ve lost my leader…
Boss??? Boss??
the train!!
Ok problem solved.
Jan issue of Trains mag has the rebirth of the Pullman “Hickory Creek” NYC observation car shown at the end of the Amtrak Cardinal. Must be good then.
Joe, with the HEP connections, it is up to Amtrak standards. That means that its not an old car, as in modeled they way it was back when steam was king.
So, do you feel better now?
Yeap!
(my dry attempt at humor fails again)
That’s really nice Dave!
Keep up the good work!
All the best,
G
Ran into a few snags that I’m currently fixing on this car however I did get the other car finished which wasn’t anything special other than paint making some repairs and adding some junk under it.

I’m never quite sure if Dave is building models or puzzles. I guess they are both. You could sell these assembled with no instructions and see if people can put them together from just a picture
Looking great!
Well I did have to take it back apart this time not because I can but because I had too this time for a total repaint due to some issues. Honestly I have been wising up Jon and I numbered and lettered all the junk. So you could call it assemble by number?

The numbering of parts is a good idea. 10 years from now you will really appreciate it!
Merry Christmas Dave!
Fortunately, I say fortunately, I keep my feathers numbered for just such an emergency.
Hehe …I remember that episode Maynard …I should as I have the entire series on DVD (I know that surprises you)
Dave, short of numbering, a series of good close up photos can be useful in putting the bits back where they was.
And no, it doesn’t surprise me that you have that series on DVD.
Amazing detail
