Added what I believe were roof top ice/snow breakers.
Did you discover why they had the “poles” on both sides of the roof? Seems redundant, unless the power wire was offset?
I’d guess the roof was not strong enough to bolt them to too.
Greg
The cars #12 and #15 were put into service in 1906. They had poles on the “sides” of the cars to pick up 600v DC as the catenary line which only ran down the east side of the tracks. The reason for no overhead lines/ pantographs was the steam locos going to the Grove might interfere with the overhead lines during the Grangers Fair.
Wow, very interesting and a great aspect that makes the model even more 'fun".
Greg
I know here on the P&CS, once the line was electrified, they wanted to stop the steam locomotives from running on the line as soon as they could. The steam and smoke contaminated and corroded the overhead catenary. So it makes sense to place the overhead off to one side.

Kinda disappointed that Maynard had to cover for you here Greg as I thought your motto was to re-read everything twice before posting? Especially from the original poster!
It’s all good

Nice job on that end railing. Getting multiple bends located, can be tricky.
