Louis, I have a job, and I cannot buy ALL the stuff I want. And yes, now I need to figure out how to find the free time (wink wink) to play with it.
Louis, Congrats! Having a job is never important until you don’t have one and need one.
As far as loot with a toot for Christmas, I got a new high intensity hobby light, called an OttLite. I think, I’m also working on my tan while using it.
Congrats, Louis. I know the feeling of “being between careers” and it ain’t no vacation. Wishing you well in your new endeavor.
Not much but then I’m an old guy! How ever I did buy a second K-27, Green Boiler and no numbers or herald. Now all I need is the batteries and control system.

Got a Lionel AA “Black Bonnet” (Santa Fe) set. Great addition to my indoor playground. Maybe not prototypical but colorful and the grandkids love it.
You guys sure recieved some nice things for Christmas.
“Loot with a TOOT” good one Ric Golding.
Happy RRing one and all.
Thanks guys. Its been 4 years. The one drawback is a normal week is 64 hours.

arrgh, I aint done that for many years. That’s tought
Its not to bad. It let me pay off the house in 17 years and pad cash for my cars. That means more money for trains.
I got a couple “car wash girls” figures from my stepson, need to get a photo. The day after Christmas, I went to Tractor Supply for their sale and bought these 1:32 trucks for $11.99.
I would say 64 hrs a week is not a draw back just good money and you have a job. I use to work 24/7 and no over time as being a manager we did not qualify. Later RJD
