Behavior on forums, and how it affects others

I fail to understand why anyone would comment negatively to a person’s post about his buy/build/layout. He was proud to show it. I might not agree, but choose not to comment. I do comment if I like something. Stay positive. If someone asks a question I will try to answer, if I can, but I don’t blast them for not knowing something. I’ve been in the hobby a long time and have found forums great for ideas and help and still learn all the time, I sure don’t know it all!

No problem Pat, was trying to inject some humor into this somewhat emotion charged thread. Hope you smiled!

And speaking of weather, we had clouds, and last night some rain! I had to run inside the house before the laptop shorted out!

Regards, Greg

And I just absolutely get all excited when someone attempts to throw poo my way.

I do give fair warning.

Wow. I’m away from the playground for a while and miss all the fun.

Hi Pat, been a while since I’ve seen you. Greg in the thick of things as normal. Sue says I can’t have any more of your great cigars, COPD is winning. Jerry, how did those marker lights work out?
Dave, Hi. Miss your candor. Still have the 10 wheeler chassis, untouched all this time.

See I even snuck in some train related comments.
As I sit in my son’s great downtown San Diego apartment.

Have a great day

Lets please not get this old thread going again.

Hi John! Sorry I’m actually up to my ears in alligators for the next few weeks, but yes, let’s converse on a “happier” thread. I got your email John, just behind the power curve at the moment.
