I recently got a Hornby OO scale model of the (British) Southern Railway’s “Battle of Britain” class passenger locomotive. The streamlining of this locomotive featured a boxy look with rounded corners, which caused British rail enthusiasts to nickname the locomotive “the Spam can”. If one of these locomotives got used for passenger trains in the current U.S.A., would it then be referred to as “Spamtrak”?
