Thanks Joe!
Sorry guys, I went to the RC show in Ontario on Saturday instead. The milling crowds, the enthusiasm, the number of vendors - just like the old days when the Big Train Show was at the Queen Mary.
The mystery load consists of four interiors of the old cardboard throw-away cameras. They are glued back to back and have a few brake wheels and bits of styrene tubing here and there. I collected a batch of the units many years ago and finally found a use for them.
Fantastic! They look great, what crazy plastic castings!
Greg
Even model trains are subject to natures wrath. A tornado was busy at work on this N Scale module

And it’s right near a trailer park… gee, what are the odds of that?!!

That layout has been around a while. The first time I saw it I thought, “Now someone has a sense of humor.” Pretty funny–unless you live in a trailer park.

…in Oklahoma
I suppose the modular folks could have put a disclaimer ten feet in either direction, so Aunt Edna and Uncle Cletus from the midwest, would know to avoid that particular section of the railroad. (kidding)
I do enjoy seeing which modules show up from Del Oro since the often they inject humor, whether its the prison module or the hot springs. I’ve noted that a number of items on their modules are not to scale. Perhaps a warning/disclaimer is needed…hate to see someone suffer anxiety…
