I kinda had the same reaction when I saw it
OK, that does it. On alternate days, my RR will be the WI&M, and then the SFN. That would be a sweet Annie bash. A nip here, a tuck there, lop off the after pilot axle, shorten the cab height, and bada bing, bada boom, there ya are!

Yeah looking back over it, it would be a tailor made annie bash. I would recommend lowering the whole thing about 1/4" to put the drivers right under the running boards.
Devon, I have a 10 wheeler I am thinking about doing that to. I bought a new drive for it, and things don’t quite fit back together right on the new drive. But part of the drive frame is also the lower part of the boiler, so it would be a bit involved.

Well, I lowered mine a 1/4" on my current build but I also radically chopped up the chassis anyway and removed all the details so I had a clean slate for moving stuff. I could see where it might be difficult with the other stuff in the way.
