Hang in there John, you’ll get there…
While I was browsing through the Colorado Models Structures looking for some building to use on the backdrop, I came accross this
Bronner Mining Co.
That would look good In Porter at the Mills Mining siding.
Now Jon will have a little more warning before he backs his C-19 down that siding…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
That is a cool looking building. Would fit in on my RR, thanks for the heads up.
Chris
Your welcome, Chris.
Cool (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-surprised.gif)I’m making up some Close Clearance signs for the challenge portal. If I don’t screw it up I’ll have extra vinyl and will make you one. I need all the warnings I can get!
OK, never thought about that, but, sure, that’ll work. Thanks.
Nice looking backdrop, Ken. I didn’t realize you too were a painter artist.
I’m not, that’s why I have buildings in the fore ground. (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
After putting a bunch of buildings back together that got blown all over the yard at the beginning of March, and getting an R/C battery setup in a new (for me) C-16, I managed to get back to work on the backdrop.
Most of it now involves laying them out in an order I like.
That’s going to look good on the layout, Ken… but you’d better hurry up if you want it done before the RGS Ops (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-sealed.gif).
Is it done yet?
Dan, No or there would have to be pictures!, Is the oven done? why are you not working on it, we are all hungry

We’re in the home stretch now, Dan. From the looks of the 10 day forecast, This might be done by next weekend.
I’m now looking at options for attaching it to the layout and I’m pretty sure I have that figured out, too. Stay tuned…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
BTW, pepperoni and sausage on mine.

Hijacking Kens thread for a bit, Dan since Devon is currently on injured reserve and we all see the chance for free food and trains at the same place, I am designating you as the new Devon 2.0 Southern edition! So pictures please and Is It Done Yet??? deadline approaching on Track #1
Edited because I came up with better wording.
Devon Jr., now there is a title!

Not to worry, I’ll just Hijack it back…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
Got the buildings attached to this part:
And the backside:
The plan is to screw extensions from the module framework out towards the shed wall. Then slide this on to those extensions. We shall see how that works…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-undecided.gif)
I had thought of that, Sean, but once it’s in place there’s no way to get behind it. It butts up against the back of the shed.
