THE 2011 Version of the American Invasion of Friends has come and gone, with great success, and most importantly…great fun, humour, and renewals of long lasting true friendships. We hope to do it again next year, if enough people want to join in. As always, we can try to make improvements, with the help of comments from those that attended…so the request is out…send them directly to me, please.
The 2012 edition will be held the 3rd week in July…as soon as I get my hands on a 2012 callendar; I’ll post the actual dates.

Well I guess everyone that attended is either recovering or travelling so that explains why there are no pics yet.

If all goes well, and enough great people want to “Invade” in 2012; the dates will be: The third week in July; Starting on Thursday, July 19th, through to Sunday the 22nd.
Even though we are still winding down around here; the spark seems to be alive and well, so at this point; I think we could handle another Invasion…

We are home. Got here last night about 9 pm after lolly gagging north as long as we could to keep from facing the heat. Don’t really have many pictures this time. So many others take better pictures, but do have a couple of good “sea stories” and I’ll write about them as time permits. Back to work and prepping for the next adventure. IT WAS FUN.
